National Sci-Tech Award Conference were held in Beijing on January 8th, 2016. The application by AVIC CAPDI for its "Key Technology Innovation Application of Pre-stressed Tensegrity System” is awarded the 2ND Prize of China National Science Technology Awards. The national science technology awards are set up by the State Council of the People's Republic of China, which is the highest national sci-tech prize in China.
The large-span steel structure is the core technology for large-sized public building's safety economy control. Till now, the technology has been successfully applied for dozens of projects domestic abroad.
